Candle Corner reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed over £500.00 (Inc. VAT) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as agreed upon with ourselves. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
The contract between you and Candle Corner will be completed on the despatch of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with our Cancellation Policy. The sale contract is therefore completed in England and is subject to English law.
